Job summary

gpac is seeking an Entry Level Recruiter in the Building Materials Industry in the United States to join our team in Sioux City, IA. This commission-based role offers training and uncapped earning potential, focusing on placing candidates with clients and building lasting relationships.

You will engage in sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates, using recruiting tools and a proactive outreach approach.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
• Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
• Effective negotiation skills.
• A degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s).
• Connect clients with qualified candidates, resulting in placements.
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
• Cold call, qualify, screen, and prep candidates and clients for interviews, and assist in the negotiation of job offers.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.
