Aerotek is hiring a Recruiter in Lebanon, PA. The role begins with an hourly training period, leading to a base salary with uncapped commissions.

You will screen, interview candidates, work with Account Managers to target top accounts, and build industry relationships to drive referrals and sales leads. As a strong team player with a customer- or sales-focused mindset, you will contribute to service excellence, support community volunteering, and pursue internal career growth within Allegis

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates through recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Partner with Account Manager to identify top accounts, skill sets, and market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and sales leads.
• Perform various customer service-related activities.
• Volunteer and partner with philanthropic organizations.
