Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Recruiter in the Lancaster area to identify, screen, and interview candidates while collaborating with Account Managers to target top accounts and market segments. You will build industry connections to generate referrals and sales leads and participate in community volunteering.

The role blends recruiting with customer-service activities in a fast-paced environment. Initial compensation includes a base salary with commission potential, with a progression to higher base

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Customer or sales experience required or preferred.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Partner with Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.
• Perform various customer service-related activities.
• Give back to your community by volunteering and partnering with philanthropic organizations.
