Job summary

Aerotek in Lexington, KY is seeking a recruiter to identify qualified candidates, screen and interview applicants, and partner with the Account Manager to target accounts and markets.

New hires undergo comprehensive training; base salary starts at $45,000 with uncapped weekly commissions after training; raise to $55,000 after one year; company benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, HSA and 401K, PTO, employee discounts, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience collaborating in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Partner with your Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.
• Perform various customer service related activities.
• Give back to your community by volunteering and partnering with various philanthropic organizations.
