Aerotek, a leading staffing and solutions provider, is seeking a Recruiter in York, PA. You will identify and screen candidates, partner with Account Managers to target key accounts, and build industry relationships to drive referrals and sales leads.

The role includes customer service responsibilities and community involvement. The compensation starts at $45,000 with a potential increase to $55,000 after one year, plus weekly commission and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Partner with Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.
• Perform various customer service-related activities.
• Give back to your community by volunteering and partnering with philanthropic organizations.
