The role includes a comprehensive training program, mentorship, and pathways to leadership, with unlimited commission potential and a base starting at $45,000 after training, increasing to $55,000 after year one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a network of consultants aligned with top skill sets.
