Actalent seeks an entry-level Recruiter | Sales Trainee to drive full lifecycle recruiting for engineering and sciences consultants. The role focuses on pairing talent with opportunities, coaching candidates, and building strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.

You’ll undergo a 13-week paid training period with a guaranteed base salary post-training and performance-based incentives, including quarterly bonuses and an annual trip.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales a plus.
• Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with hiring managers to understand needs and roles.
• Source qualified professionals using various recruiting tools.
• Screen consultants via interviews and references to gauge fit.
• Communicate opportunities and prep consultants for start.
• Build relationships and coach consultants for interviews.
• Maintain a network of consultants aligned with skill sets.
• Cultivate trusted relationships to help candidates advance.
