Aerotek is seeking a dedicated recruiter to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools. The position offers a base salary of $50,000 that increases to $60,000 after one year, with unlimited commission potential. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision plans, along with 20 days of paid time off.

This position is based in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois, where you will partner with your Account Manager to target accounts and generate referrals, while building relationships within the industry.

• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.

Compensation

Upon successful completion of our hourly training period, Aerotek offers a base salary of $50,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission. After 1 year of tenure, your base salary automatically increases to $60,000 with the opportunity to continue earning commission and performance-based incentives.

Projected Recruiter Earnings

• Year 1: $55,000
• Year 2: $81,000
• Year 3: $107,000
