Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Recruiter to identify qualified candidates using sourcing tools, screen and interview applicants, and partner with Account Managers to target top accounts. You will build relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and sales leads, perform customer service tasks, and contribute to community volunteering initiatives.

Upon successful completion of our hourly training period, Aerotek offers a base salary of $50,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission. After 1 year of tenure, your base salary automatically increases to $60,000 with the opportunity to continue earning commission and performance-based incentives.

Projected Recruiter Earnings

• Year 1: $55,000
• Year 2: $81,000
• Year 3: $107,000
