Job summary

HTU in California is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to identify qualified candidates, screen interviews, and collaborate with Account Managers to target skill sets and key market segments.

You will build relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and sales leads, participate in customer service activities, and support community volunteering initiatives, with competitive compensation and benefits.

• Base salary of $70,304 after successful completion of hourly training period.
