Job summary

HTU in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a motivated recruiter to identify qualified candidates through diverse sourcing tools and to screen interview candidates. You will partner with Account Managers to spot top accounts, define target skill sets, and tap key market segments.

You will also nurture relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and sales leads while performing customer service tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

• Base salary of $70,304 upon successful completion of hourly training period
