Job summary

gpac (Growing People and Companies) is a leading executive search firm offering training and development with no experience required. This commission-driven role provides the opportunity to earn substantial uncapped commissions on placements, in addition to a base salary.

You will build client relationships, source candidates, and help place talent while growing professionally within a supportive team. Base pay starts at $35,568 annually, with commissions ranging from 30% to 75% of production.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• A degree is preferred but not required.
• Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s).
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
• Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.
