Qualifications

• Degree preferred but not required.
• Successful completion of gpac training and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Partner with clients to fill urgent positions.
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
• Screen and prep candidates and assist in negotiations.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.
