Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a customer success oriented professional to help identify needs of both new and existing customers and drive their success with our product. You’ll communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to understand and mitigate issues they face.

The role involves building strong relationships, visiting customers to spot growth opportunities, and maintaining comprehensive health reports on customer accounts.
