Job summary

Pro Mechanical Services is hiring for a motivated recruiter to join our growing skilled trades staffing team. You will learn full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing candidates, screening applicants and coordinating interviews, while helping connect skilled trades professionals with leading companies.

This entry-level role offers training, weekly pay, health and vision insurance, PTO, and an annual bonus. Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, with opportunities to grow in recruiting and staffing.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable speaking with people over the phone and in person.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Previous office experience preferred.
• 1 year of employment in an office setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing candidates, screening applicants and coordinating interviews.
• Assist with coordinating interviews with clients and candidates.
• Maintain organized candidate records and pipelines.
