Job summary

Cannonball Recruiting LLC is hiring a Skilled Trades Recruiter to identify, attract, and place qualified trades professionals in alignment with client needs. The role blends in-office collaboration in Phoenix, AZ with the potential for remote work for the right candidate.

You will source candidates through multiple channels, screen for technical fit, and manage the full lifecycle from sourcing to offer. A base salary of about $35k with uncapped earning potential is offered, plus bonus/commission

Qualifications

• Results-driven mindset and ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Experience in recruiting, HR, inside sales, outbound sales or customer service is helpful.
• Strong knowledge of skilled trades professions is helpful but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and clients.

Responsibilities

• Utilize sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals) to identify skilled trades professionals.
• Build a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Write compelling job descriptions and post openings on relevant platforms.
• Monitor job posting performance and adjust for visibility and applicant flow.
• Conduct candidate assessments including skills testing and references.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and guide candidate selection.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews and feedback.

Description:

As a Skilled Trades Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and placing highly skilled individuals in positions that align with their expertise.

Compensation (In-Office with a Remote potential):

• $35k/yr.+ with additional earning opportunity
• Commission and/or Bonus structure

Location:

• Ability to be in-office is preferred - Phoenix, AZ 85018
• Will consider remote candidates with the right experience

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of skilled trades professions, including but not limited to electricians, plumbers, carpenters, HVAC technicians, welders, etc. is helpful but not required
