The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid Georgia driver's license, and the ability to work 40 hours per week, primarily weekdays 12 pm–9 pm with some weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Georgia driver's license required.
• Experience in recreation or program coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes park facilities (gym, fields, restrooms, lights).
• Oversees activities and ensures proper use of facilities and equipment.
• Maintains facilities and equipment; secures them after use.
• Administers reservation/registration software for park patrons.
• Assists with registering patrons for sports leagues and distributes brochures.
• Coordinates with coaches and volunteers to run programs smoothly and safely.
• Provides janitorial services as needed to keep facilities clean.
• Distributes and collects uniforms, equipment, and photos as needed.
• Ensures conduct codes are followed during events.
• Works 40 hours per week with a schedule around activities, typically weekdays 12 pm–9 pm, with occasional weekends.
