Job summary

City of Carrollton Parks & Recreation is seeking a Recreation Attendant to help oversee youth and adult leagues, assist with registrations and payments, and help keep fields and courts ready for play.

The role requires flexible scheduling, basic computer skills, and strong communication to address participant concerns. Training in CPR/First Aid will be provided within the first six months.

Qualifications

• 17 years of age.
• Six months customer service experience.
• CPR, AED, and First Aid Training within the first six months.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Carrollton Athletics activities across courts and fields.
• Assist with youth and adult leagues, games, and practices.
• Set up and break down fields and courts as needed.
• Provide information about city leagues to the public.
• Manage league rosters and communicate with managers.
• Handle fees, registrations, and basic custodial duties.
