Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, college coursework in recreation preferred, three years of youth sports planning experience, strong interpersonal skills, conflict management, and a Georgia driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in recreation preferred.
• Three years of experience or training in planning and implementing youth sports programs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and conflict management; valid Georgia driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Register participants and assign to proper teams; collect registration and concession fees.
• Prepare daily cash reports and bank deposits; maintain financial records.
• Assist with equipment, trophies, and uniforms inventory and purchases.
• Maintain grounds and facilities in assigned park; ensure safety and upkeep per standards.
• Prepare schedules, reports, and correspondence; support director and athletics coordinator.
