Job summary

LegalShield is seeking a Reconciliation Consultant I in Ada, OK to support payment reconciliation for group accounts. You will record, review, and route payments, handle discrepancies, and maintain precise remittance records in CM Client.

Role emphasizes effective communication with internal teams and members, attention to deadlines, and careful, confidential handling of financial data. 0–1+ years in customer service preferred; HS diploma required.

Qualifications

Knowledgeable in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
High School Diploma required.
0-1+ years in customer service.
Good typing and 10-key skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
Good phone and presentation skills.
Ability to interact with users, peers, managers, and vendors.
Able to handle multiple deadlines with attention to detail and confidentiality.
Positive, professional attitude; capable of working in a team or individually.

Responsibilities

Record and manage group payments received from CM Client in System.
Redirect payments with discrepancies to the appropriate basket for resolution.
Examine return checks and scan into CM Client.
Enter and manage Backout/Apply and Suspense Form details into System.
Handle government allotments from OnDemand and integrate into System.
Input and manage Group Remittance Payments into System.
Handle inbound calls and emails; initiate outbound outreach for inquiries about unbalanced payments.
Assess and share group payroll documents to reconcile payments.
