Responsibilities

• Process driver payments upon notification from Payroll.
• Enter account adjustments and maintain accurate customer balances.
• Review and verify payment batches for accuracy.
• Ensure batches are properly logged, dated, and filed.
• Maintain accurate customer account records.
• Update customer account information, including address and account status changes.
• Monitor cash receipt logs and follow up as needed.
• Provide support to accounting and customer service teams.
