Corey What’s Your Story is seeking a newly licensed real estate agent to join our top-performing luxury team. You will learn the business by handling lead generation, prospecting, converting pre-qualified leads into clients, and following up with buyers and sellers to help them buy their next home.

This role emphasizes habits, flexibility, and the upside of commissions. You’ll train, use CRM, and work toward goals with support from a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation
• Attend training
• Conduct lead follow-up until appointments are set with either a listing or buyer’s agent
• Maintain relationships with homebuyers through phone calls, email, etc. to keep our business in mind when they’re ready to buy again
• Evaluate the team’s progress toward goals by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports
• Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients
• Use CRM to keep current information for all customers and ensure agents have up-to-date data
