• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent customer service and clear written/oral communication.
• Ability to meet deadlines and produce high-quality deliverables with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Secure new and expanding business opportunities in CRE sales/leasing through prospecting, networking, and client relationships.
• Be solutions oriented to drive revenue growth and cross-sell service lines.
• Collaborate with Leasing, Investment Sales, and other teams across product lines and service areas.
• Maintain company databases to track prospects and opportunities.
• Attend local industry events and client meetings to learn the market and expand relationships.
