Job summary

Behavioral Innovations in Kyle, TX is hiring entry‑level Behavioral Technicians / RBTs to provide clinic‑based ABA therapy to children with autism. You’ll receive paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth.

Shifts run 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday, with occasional half‑day Saturdays. Full‑time preferred; part‑time requires 25+ hours/week. Starting pay ranges from $15.00/hr up to $20.00–$21.00/hr as you advance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified).
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain (provided by BI).
• Must complete and successfully pass a background check, including child abuse registry clearance, and drug screening as a condition of employment

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months-10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment
