Job summary

Behavioral Innovations - Arlington Treatment Center is hiring Entry-Level Behavioral Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism. Paid training and BCBA supervision are provided, with a clear path for career growth.

Centers operate 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday, with occasional half-day Saturdays. Full-time preferred; part-time requires availability within these hours and at least 25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified).
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain (provided by BI).
• Background check and child abuse registry clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months-10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
