Job summary

Behavioral Innovations – Kyle Treatment Center in Kyle, TX, is hiring Entry-Level Behavior Technicians or experienced RBTs to provide clinic-based ABA therapy for children. Paid training is provided, with BCBA supervision and a clear path for career growth.

Schedules run 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday, with occasional half-day Saturdays. Full-time preferred; part-time roles require open hours and at least 25 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days.
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain (provided by BI).
• Must complete and successfully pass a background check, including child abuse registry clearance, and drug screening as a condition of employment.
• Active RBT certification is preferred.
• Experience with children, autism, or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Backgrounds in childcare, education, behavioral health, or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months–10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
