Job summary

CRH's Midsouth Aggregates in the southeastern U.S. is hiring for an entry-level position in the quarry. You will assist with maintenance and operation of conveyors, screening and crushing equipment, and operate a front-end loader to load aggregate materials.

Duties include inspecting parts, cleaning debris, checking material quality, loading trucks, stocking bins, and performing tasks under supervision with safety and reliability as priorities. Training on equipment will be provided.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with mining equipment and their uses.
• Knowledge of aggregate sizes and classifications.
• Commitment to safety standards and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Examine parts for damage or wear.
• Operate conveyor, screening, and crushing equipment as needed.
• Load and transport materials with trucks and loaders.
• Maintain cleanliness and accuracy in material handling.
• Follow supervisor instructions and work with minimal supervision when required.
