Protein for Pets OPCO, LLC is hiring a Quality Lab Technician for Ward, SC. The role supports QA by preparing Certificates of Analysis, reviewing results data, and performing hourly tests on samples to ensure HACCP compliance and meeting customer specifications.

The position is full-time with a Monday–Friday 10:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule and offers benefits including PTO, health coverage, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with other personnel.
• Ability to work as a member of a team.
• Must follow all safety requirements.
• Ability to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Review and processing results data
• Prepare Certificate of Analysis
• Complete hourly tests on samples (PV’s, FFA’s, Protein, Ash, Fat and Moisture)
• Complete weekly samples
• Maintain electronic records
• Other duties as assigned
• Schedule Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm (Able to be available for all shifts when needed)
