3D Corporate Solutions in Ward, SC is seeking a Quality Lab Technician to join our manufacturing team. This entry-level role focuses on preparing Certificates of Analysis and reviewing results data to ensure HACCP compliance and customer specifications.

Responsibilities include performing hourly tests on samples (PV’s, FFA’s, Protein, Ash, Fat and Moisture), completing weekly samples, maintaining electronic records, and supporting a safe, efficient lab environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.

• Must follow all safety requirements.

Position Purpose

This position is responsible for entry level, non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to company policies and procedures. This role is tasked with preparing the Certificate of Analysis as well as reviewing and processing results data for outbound loads. The lab tech is also responsible for adhering to customer specifications and ensuring HACCP is met.

Primary functions

Review and processing results data

Prepare Certificate of Analysis

Complete hourly tests on samples (PV’s, FFA’s, Protein, Ash, Fat and Moisture)

Complete weekly samples

Maintain electronic records.

Other duties as assigned.

Schedule Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm (Able to be available for all shifts when needed)
