Job summary

Jobot is seeking an entry-level Quality Engineer in Morristown, TN to support manufacturing quality initiatives and supplier quality improvement.

You will participate in the corrective action process (8D), perform root cause analyses, and use tools like 5 Whys and Ishikawa diagrams to reduce defects and rejects.

A BS degree and proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding manufacturing processes are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support quality improvement projects with suppliers to reduce PPM, warranty claims, and production rejects.
• Experience with the Corrective Action process (8D).
• Proficiency in root cause analysis tools such as 5 Whys and Ishikawa diagrams.
