Qualifications

• 0-2 years of software QA/testing experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/SE or related field.
• Understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience with test case management and defect tracking tools.
• Hands-on with automated testing tools (Selenium, TestComplete, Postman).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Working knowledge of Linux and basic diagnostics.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases.
• Develop test plans and procedures; document supporting materials.
• Identify, document, and track defects using Jira/TestRail.
• Execute automated tests with Selenium, TestComplete, Postman.
• Perform regression, integration, and user acceptance testing across environments.
• Collaborate with developers to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and communicate testing progress and risks.
• Support software installation and Linux diagnostics during testing.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and standardized testing practices.
