Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking an entry-level Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children on the Autism Spectrum. We will pay for all the certification and training necessary to get you started!

Responsibilities include helping children develop social and communication skills, documenting progress, and following behavior change plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts. This role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Passion for working with children with special needs is required.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required and 18+ age is needed.
