Job summary

Uptown Scottsbluff, part of RockStep Capital portfolio, is seeking an Entry-Level Janitorial Maintenance Technician. The role offers on-the-job training, afternoon/evening shifts, and Sundays with 20–25 hours per week, potential for up to 29 hours. No prior experience required; training provided to learn cleaning, basic maintenance, and safety protocols.

Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. High school diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial tasks and daily housekeeping.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Assist with minor repairs and painting.
• Monitor exterior areas for safety and landscaping tasks.
• Respond to maintenance requests and work orders promptly.
• Open and close duties as needed.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions.
