You will help keep grounds clean, amenities well‑maintained, and assist with making ready vacant apartments for new residents.

The role emphasizes hands-on learning, a positive attitude, reliability, and customer-focused service within a live‑in community culture. Office hours are typical; on-call rotation may apply.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• One year of maintenance, repair, or HVAC experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Clean property grounds and common areas daily per standards.
• Pressure wash breezeways, sidewalks, and maintain trash receptacles.
• Clean mailroom, pool, fitness area, laundry, clubhouse; remove trash; replace bags.
• Restore vacant apartments to make-ready for new move-ins.
• Replace breezeway light bulbs; assist with locks and fixtures.
• Light painting of curbs and signs; maintain supply closet and inventory.
