Job summary

Centurion Selection is a family-owned general contractor in Austin, TX, seeking an entry-level Assistant Project Manager to join its growing construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent construction graduate to develop into a Project Manager within a supportive, hands-on GC environment.

The role supports Project Managers, handles RFIs and submittals, maintains Procore documentation, coordinates with subs and vendors, and helps keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Motivated to build a long-term career in commercial construction.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with the day-to-day delivery of construction projects
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation
• Maintain project information and documentation within Procore
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects and project teams
• Assist with procurement, scheduling and cost tracking
• Review drawings, specifications and project scopes
• Attend project and subcontractor meetings
• Help ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
• Support closeout, punch-list and turnover activities
