Job summary

Venture Home Solar, LLC is seeking a Solar Project Manager to help coordinate inspections, scheduling, and permitting for solar installations from Stamford to the Hudson MA area. The role emphasizes customer service and timely project follow-through in a fast-paced environment.

On-site, full-time position offering hourly pay of $25–$32. Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of clerical experience, CRM experience (SalesForce), strong organization, and proficiency with Sunnova and Mosaic.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of clerical or other office experience.
• CRM experience required (SalesForce).
• Self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic and customer service focus.
• Very organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Fast typing and data entry skills.
• Experience with Sunnova and Mosaic desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling for crew's inspections and service calls from Stamford CT to Hudson MA area.
• Assist with project follow‑up and meeting critical deadlines.
• Assist in reviewing projects for potential change order needs.
• Work closely with customers and internal departments to resolve order and other processing issues as required.
• Conduct various administration and general office duties involving typing, record, file maintenance, and documentation creation.
• Complete additional clerical duties as assigned.
• Handle permitting.

Not a Hybrid or Remote position.
