Job summary

JE Dunn Construction’s Advanced Facilities Group seeks an entry‑level construction professional to join our Nashville team. You’ll learn safety and quality practices, assist with estimating and change management, and support site tasks under project leadership.

You’ll engage with foremen, superintendents, and trades to monitor progress, perform reporting, and help organize documentation for project delivery, while developing Lean practices on real industrial and data center projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered in lieu of the degree.
• Entry level construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Learns and participates in safety and quality plans and culture.
• Participates in QA/QC planning for tasks.
• Learns estimating and change management processes and tools.
• Works on site with project team to monitor crew, hours, materials, and equipment.
• Supports punch lists, inspections, safety reviews, and documentation.
• Posts drawings and specifications with latest information.
• Organizes project meetings and disseminates necessary documents.
• Prepares reports (daily/weekly) to support scheduling and progress.
• Performs site observations with project leadership.
