Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company’s Advanced Facilities Group seeks a Project Engineer to support industrial projects. You’ll participate in safety and QA/QC, assist with estimating, manage site tasks, and help prepare daily/weekly reports.

You’ll collaborate with project teams, maintain documentation, track procurement, and contribute to lean practices and continuous improvement on a fast-paced construction site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Entry level construction experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Participates in safety and quality plans and culture.
• Supports QA/QC planning and documentation.
• Assists with estimating, change management, and quantity take-off.
• Works on site supporting crew size, hours, materials and equipment.
• Prepares project reports and attends meetings.
• Documents and tracks drawings, deliveries, and procurement logs.
• Supports close-out activities and lean process adoption.
