Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company’s Advanced Facilities Group (AFG) seeks an entry-level Project Engineer to support safety, QA/QC, and on-site project tasks on industrial and manufacturing facilities.

You will help prepare reports, manage drawings, and coordinate with foremen and subcontractors, bringing Lean practices and strong communication to a team dedicated to high-quality construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• In lieu of the above, equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• Entry-level construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn and participate in safety and quality plans.
• Participate in QA/QC planning for assigned tasks.
• Assist with estimating and change management processes.
• Support on-site activities with project team.
• Prepare documentation and attend project meetings.
• Create procurement logs and track shop drawings.
• Provide progress updates to support scheduling.
• Assist project close-out activities.
