USG is seeking a Project Engineer for an entry-level, hands-on assignment in a manufacturing plant environment. You will troubleshoot plant issues, contribute to capital projects, and gain broad exposure to operations. There is potential for advancement into management tracks across multiple plant locations.

Success candidates will have an engineering degree, 1–2 years in manufacturing, and U.S. work authorization, with room to grow into roles such as department managers or senior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the listed engineering disciplines.
• 1–2 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• U.S. work authorization now or in the future required.
• Minimum GPA of 2.75.

Responsabilités

• Assists in monitoring and executing the plant safety program.
• Prepares and follows capital authorities and job sheet requests; trains and supervises external contractors.
• Advises and designs engineering solutions for reliability and operations.
• Assists with facility preparation and planning to support daily operations.
• Collaborates to manage major expenditures for routine and non-routine work.
