USA Compression Partners, LP is seeking an entry-level Associate Project Engineer to develop technical, operational, and project management skills in the natural gas compression industry. You will support facilities, equipment, operations, reliability, and capital projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Systems, Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel periodically to field locations.

Mansioni

• Support engineering projects from concept through execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
• Assist with equipment evaluations, system analysis, and technical problem-solving activities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Safety, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams on strategic initiatives.
• Participate in field visits to compression facilities and project locations to gain operational knowledge.
• Analyze operational and performance data to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Assist in preparing project scopes, engineering reports, cost estimates, and technical presentations.
• Support safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Develop a working knowledge of compression equipment, facility design, construction, and operational practices.
• Participate in rotational assignments and special projects as determined by business needs and development objectives.
