Job summary

Performance Contracting Group in Pasadena, TX is seeking an entry-level Associate Project Engineer for its PCI Houston 115 operations. This role serves as a launching pad for future leaders, offering hands-on experience in project management and estimating to grow within the organization.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field or comparable experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication. It is safety-sensitive and located in Pasadena, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Conducting safety meetings.
• Creating and managing punch lists.
• Supporting QA/QC measures outlined in PCI's QA/QC program.
• Preparing RFIs and submittals.
• Labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance.
• Quantitative takeoffs for material ordering.
• Supporting the implementation of the job schedule.
• Coordinating warranties and O&M's.
• Material coordination with purchase orders and invoicing.
