Job summary

Landmark Builders, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Project Engineer to support field operations and project management teams on construction projects in the Southeast. The role emphasizes on-site learning across preconstruction through closeout, with daily site presence to ensure well-rounded development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Procore or similar software experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent with coordination of on-site labor and daily activities.
• Participate in project meetings including subcontractor, Owner-Architect-Contractor, and pre-installation meetings.
• Maintain accurate project documents and drawings both on-site and in project management systems.
• Prepare daily field reports, weekly progress reports, manpower tracking, and production logs.
• Assist with development of short-term look-ahead schedules.
• Support site logistics and phasing plan development.
