Formación

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Must be able to work in Naperville office (hybrid).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates implementation timelines for Comcast Business customers across the US within 24-hour timeframe.
• Updates project statuses hourly, adhering to scheduling deadlines.
• Conducts preparatory calls with field technicians to ensure readiness for service.
• Escalates field operational issues to management for immediate attention and resolution.
• Meets KPI objectives by maintaining productivity and timely task completion.
• Manages material procurement and purchase order creation per policies.
• Collaborates with field technicians, customers, leads, and project managers to ensure successful implementations.
• Regular attendance; may work nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary.
