Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and project support to the CEO and COO across a variety of organizational priorities.
• Take ownership of projects and assignments from leadership, ensuring tasks are organized, completed, and followed through.
• Research, gather information, prepare documents, and assist with special projects as assigned.
• Track deadlines, follow-ups, and action items to keep projects moving forward.
• Assist with developing and improving organizational processes and systems.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate trainings, events, and virtual meetings.
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business materials.
• Maintain accurate and organized records and systems.
• Support day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and general administrative needs.
• Greet visitors, answer calls, and respond to general inquiries professionally.
• Draft and distribute internal announcements, reminders, and updates.
• Coordinate communication and follow-ups between leadership, staff, and departments.
• Provide basic technology support and assist with new hire equipment and system setup.
• Assist with recruiting, events, marketing, and other organizational initiatives as needed.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the CEO and COO.
