Goodkind Co. is seeking an entry-level Project Coordinator to support successful client projects from kickoff to delivery.

This role sits within our Project Management and Account Management team and is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in project management skills. You will coordinate communication, maintain timelines and documentation, track deliverables, and follow up with internal teams, collaborating with Sales, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, and R&D

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in project coordination, project management, account management, client services, operations, or related field.
• Internship or relevant project-based experience will be considered.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with common workplace tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with project management platforms is a plus.
• Project management certification or formal training is a plus, but not required.
• Experience in beauty, personal care, consumer products, manufacturing, or another product-based industry is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Support the coordination and execution of multiple client projects from kickoff through delivery.
• Help ensure project information is accurate, organized, and accessible across teams.
• Maintain project timelines, trackers, and key dates to ensure deliverables stay on schedule.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and materials, take clear meeting notes, and track follow-up actions.
• Coordinate client requests and ensure questions are routed to the appropriate internal team for resolution.
• Identify potential delays, gaps, or issues and elevate them to the appropriate team member.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that make our project workflows more efficient and effective.
• Develop an understanding of Goodkind's product development and manufacturing processes and how cross-functional teams work together to deliver finished goods.
