Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 0-2 years of project controls or project management experience.

• Proficiency with standard business tools including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Participates in project teams and delivers accurate project controls data under guidance.
• Coordinates with management, engineering, operations, finance, and controls staff to collect data.
• Assists with setup of WBS, baselines, and reporting calendars.
• Performs basic cost forecasting, variance analysis, and documentation.
• Supports risk and change management with proper logs and reviews.
• Prepares reports and dashboards using established templates.
