Job summary

ENFRA in Tempe, AZ seeks an entry-level Project Controls Associate I to join our growing team. You will perform defined cost, schedule, risk, and reporting activities on assigned projects under guidance from senior staff.

This hands-on role develops project controls knowledge, ribbons through data validation, and cross-functional collaboration with PM, Engineering, Ops, Finance and Supply Chain. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in engineering, construction management, business, finance, or related fields.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in project controls or project management, preferably in building construction or EPC.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Proactive and eager to learn with willingness to take on new responsibilities.
• Problem-solving attitude and high level of coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and report preparation.

Responsibilities

• Participates in project teams and provides accurate Project Controls information under direction.
• Coordinates with PM, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance to collect and maintain project data.
• Supports development of WBS, baseline data, and reporting calendars.
• Maintains project cost data, budgets, commitments, accruals, and cash flow information.
• Prepares schedule views, look-ahead reports, and routine schedule analyses.
• Supports risk and change management with documentation and escalation as needed.
