Advanced Input Systems in Idaho is seeking an Assembly Associate I to join our on-site manufacturing team. This entry-level role focuses on building products according to work instructions, adhering to quality and safety standards, and meeting daily production targets.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of using hand and power tools. On-the-job training provided; permanent opportunities based on performance.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
Ability to read and follow written work instructions and assembly drawings.
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Reliable attendance and ability to work full-time, including overtime as needed.

Responsabilités

Assemble parts and finished goods according to work instructions and production schedules.
Perform repetitive tasks accurately at the required pace.
Use hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and measuring instruments as needed.
Read SOPs and assembly drawings and complete required production logs and quality checklists.
Identify defects and report to supervisor; participate in safety and 5S activities.
