HLBMA LLC is seeking an entry-level Production Engineer I in Savannah, GA to support production planning, yield, and OEE optimization. You will work with engineers and operators to troubleshoot equipment, analyze quality data, and implement corrective actions.

The role emphasizes safe production practices, SOP development, and training of operators, with opportunities for professional growth into advanced production engineering responsibilities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field required, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience with yield analysis, OEE metrics, or process improvement preferred.

Mansioni

• Work with engineers and operators to troubleshoot machines on the production floor to support the highest achievable yield and OEE.
• Monitor and support management of production yield and OEE.
• Check production progress against the production plan and provide feedback to the Production Management department when progress issues occur.
• Review non-conformance reports (NCRs), analyze quality issues, and support development and implementation of corrective actions.
• Support inventory management activities, including classification of good product and pending inventory.
• Improve production processes by creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Train operators on process procedures to ensure understanding and correct implementation on the production floor.
• Support internal and customer audits.
• Comply with all health, safety, environmental, and fire regulations.
• Follow established work instructions, standard operating procedures, and company policies.
• Participate in and successfully complete all required training programs.
• Maintain regular and reliable on-site attendance.
• Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
